Bonnie hard at work in Ani Art Academy studio.

Bonnie Grace Evans lives in Northeast Pennsylvania. Her artistic vision is formed through interactions with the people that she comes in contact with each day (especially young children), experiences that evoke strong emotion, and the simple beauty found in nature.

During her 38 year career in special education she always found time to pursue her love of art, studying under Marilyn Hoffman, Sue Hand, Terese Rogers, and attending various other art instruction opportunities over the years. After retiring from her dedicated career, Bonnie went on to enhance her skills, and joined the Ani Art Academy Waichulis in Bear Creek, Pennsylvania as an artist apprentice, to study representational art on a full time basis.
